NYC REACH is dedicated to helping physicians in New York City meet the federal requirements for Meaningful Use of an EHR.
Choosing the best electronic health record for your practice is a time-consuming process. To help, we offer group discounts, selection assistance, and training after you install the system. NYC REACH members can take advantage of our services to make the process as simple as possible:
- EHR Adoption Services - Find a proven EHR for a discounted rate and get your questions answered at every step. For providers who need to buy an EHR or upgrade to a certified system
- Meaningful Use Curriculum - Classes, materials, and individual services to get you to Meaningful Use.
- Other Programs - Patient-Centered Medical Home, Pay for Performance and other innovative programs from the Primary Care Information Project at the NYC Health Department, open to NYC REACH members.
