NYC REACH: Membership
NYC REACH currently offers free membership to all New York City providers. This membership includes Meaningful use education, assistance with vendor selection, 24/7 access to our online resource library, bi-weekly email digests related to Meaningful Use deadlines and related news. Depending on which EHR you choose, you can also receive provider dashboards to assess your progress with public health markers in your patient community.
Joining is easy... just fill out the NYC REACH Agreement and return it to us. An Outreach Specialist will contact you and get you started on transforming your practice for the future.
For Specialists Serving Medicaid Patients:
Under a New York State grant, we are expanding our outreach, technical, and support services to specialists attaining Medicaid Meaningful Use. For more information, click here. If you are a specialist participating in the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program, please complete this addendum, the NYC REACH Agreement and the Business Associate Agreement.
If you are already a NYC REACH member, you do not need to complete the NYC REACH Agreement again. Instead, please only complete this addendum.
