OVERVIEW
The application process for NYC REACH will help you select a vendor if you haven't chosen one yet, understand hardware and software, and find reputable IT support.
We will walk you through the pre-implementation steps and answer all your questions before you make any financial commitments.

| 2. | Determine Eligibility: An Outreach Specialist will help identify any subsidy programs your practice may be eligible for based on number of Medicaid patients, zip code, and other affiliation. You will then complete a full application for NYC REACH services. NYC REACH Eligibility |
| 3. | Learn about EHRs: Learn how other doctors have benefitted from EHRs or ask to speak to a doctor with a practice like you (contact us for a referral). | 4. | Learn about our EHR Vendor Partners: NYC REACH staff, physicians, and other experts conducted a detailed search for EHR vendors that can help physicians reach Meaningful Use. You can view demos and review pricing information to select the best match for your practice - NYC REACH EHR Vendor Partners. |
| 5. | Sign all agreements! The final step is completing your NYC REACH agreement. As a member, you will then have access to discounts on EHRs, educational seminars, and all other services. You will have the option to pay membership fees either by month or in a single payment. Pay Fees |
