How to Join


OVERVIEW

The application process for NYC REACH will help you select a vendor if you haven't chosen one yet, understand hardware and software, and find reputable IT support.

We will walk you through the pre-implementation steps and answer all your questions before you make any financial commitments.

1. Complete the Interest Form: This is the first step to improving care and qualifying for incentive payments Interest Form
2. Determine Eligibility: An Outreach Specialist will help identify any subsidy programs your practice may be eligible for based on number of Medicaid patients, zip code, and other affiliation. You will then complete a full application for NYC REACH services. NYC REACH Eligibility
3. Learn about EHRs: Learn how other doctors have benefitted from EHRs or ask to speak to a doctor with a practice like you (contact us for a referral). EHR Success Stories

You should also attend one of our educational events or webinars for information about our programs, Meaningful Use, and EHRs. NYC REACH Events
4. Learn about our EHR Vendor Partners: NYC REACH staff, physicians, and other experts conducted a detailed search for EHR vendors that can help physicians reach Meaningful Use. You can view demos and review pricing information to select the best match for your practice - NYC REACH EHR Vendor Partners.
5. Sign all agreements! The final step is completing your NYC REACH agreement. As a member, you will then have access to discounts on EHRs, educational seminars, and all other services. You will have the option to pay membership fees either by month or in a single payment. Pay Fees
