In February, Mayor Bloomberg, Dr. Thomas Farley, Dr. Thomas Frieden, and Dr. Farzad Mostashari Celebrated Improved Health Through Technology in New York City
City’s Primary Care Information Project helped an additional 96,000 patients get their blood pressure under control, 81,000 improve their diabetes management, and 58,000 smokers got assistance to quit.
